These protein bars are excellent value. Very tasty and great source of protein. They also fill you up so you are not hungry for your workout but are not heavy on the stomach. Low in calories too if you are on a reduced calorie intake. Highly recommended.

Swells weird, very overly chewy and doesn’t have a cookies and cream flavouring at all. Wouldn’t recommend when there is so many better tastier options on MY protein. Skip this one for sure. Gets the protein in tho so can’t complain too much
