I was shocked by the size of them, but as a post bariatric surgery patient I was happy to find out they chew down to very little so easy to swallow. Taste is nice too. I use them to up my protein to help reach my goals.

they taste good, a bit chewy but they're nice. they are overpriced for what you get though Goes Well With:not braces
