5I have been using this for awhile now and i helps control my hunger. I can see more definition o nmy muscles and stregnth too. Goes Well With:Water, juice, tea or coffee even protien shakes

Effective in getting leaner - kind to stomach
5I have tried L-Carnitine before with other brands - these MP L-C' have been the kindest to my stomach and not long into taking them they seem to be effective with getting leaner *alongside regular training and quality food intake. While I'm here I will also say that MP clear whey is the best out there - orange mango being the favourite!!Goes Well With:Other morning supplements - pre work out in ice water

Review of Liquid L-Carnitine
5Always have it with water, as the smell and texture is very fishy but a great product none the less. Definitely notice the differences in my breathing when i run out, especially as someone who uses a inhaler frequently during exhaustive workouts. Capsule arrived broken
1Many of the capsules within the tub had burst and leaked so all of t he other pills were covered. Smelly and sticky and unusable as a result. Very unfortunate.
