5I started taking these to help burn fat. A surprising thing I've noticed is a boost to my mood. Turns out there are multiple studies on the relationship between lcarnitine and depression. Not a scientist, but I think its actually helped my brain.

Great believer
5As a 45 year old female I started taking L-Carnitine before my twice weekly 36-mile road bicycle rides. It took about 6 weeks to notice a difference, but I progressively grew stronger. After 3 months of taking the supplement, I am completing the ride approximately 11 minutes faster then before taking L-Carnitine. I am a true believer in the product.
