Not vegan
1I've recently gone vegan, like many other people, and I've had to stop taking these because they contain Royal Jelly Extract. The jury's out on the benefits of Royal Jelly Extract, so I'm not sure why it's included here. I've switched to another WELL-known brand, but I'd happily switch back if the Royal Jelly Extract was removed or they released a vegan version.Goes Well With:Meat, I guess.

How to tell?
2I take one with food in the morning and a couple of hours later I have bright, illuminous pee. Hopefully some of the nutrients are being absorbed but most seems to exit straight away
