High quality, effective supplement (key if going gym)
5So I bought some of these vitamins and also some cod liver oil available here. By far the best decision I’ve made, they have increased my metabolism, increased my recover rate and I feel a lot better now since the cod liver oil strengthens joints and helps with recovery, highly recommend and for the price it’s the best your gonna get to ensure you get all the vitamins you need on a daily basis.Goes Well With:Any food which you can swallow easily (porridge works well for me).

Great stuff
5I’ve decided to start taking multi vitamins. I do have a balanced diet but I wanted to ensure that I am getting the right balance of vitamins on a daily basis. These are easy to swallow, no weird taste and the ordering process was simple and straight forward. Goes Well With:MyProtien whey morning drink.

Does the job
5I take these as part of a mix of supplements. They taste ok, easy to take and quite literally do the job they need. Great product, great price. Something I’ll always come back for.

Great mix, but slightly odd after taste
4A great mix of vitamins and minerals in an easy to consume format. Would be a 5 star if they didn’t have a slightly odd after taste and smell, which didn’t used to be the case with these a few years ago. I always take these with a large glass of water to avoid the tasteGoes Well With:Cold water
