5The taste isn’t too good to be honest but effectiveness is 10-10, take 2 every morning after breakfast to get me set up for the day. Definitely would recommend Goes Well With:Water and breakfast

Really Good Vitamins
5These are really good, have tried other vitamins out there and they are the most effective. The smell is awful but get them down you quickly and is not that bad. Will by again as can see results and good product for the price.
