Good but they smell
5I take these everyday and I do feel a lot more energised, they do smell awful but that doesn’t really put me off as it’s only for a couple seconds per day. Also they make your pee bright green and smell like the tables if you don’t drink enough water so it’s a very good way of knowing if you’ve drank enough for the day 😂.Goes Well With:Cod liver tablets.

Good tablets, a tad too large
4Good range of vitamins and found it has been working. Especially one night after one too many, felt far fresher in the morning than I would normally. Tablets are on the large side however

Possible issue
3Not the best taste, but most of all it turns my urine a neon yellow colour. I will stop - urine is fine, take 2 - urine turns neon yellow. Any explanation? Should i discontinue? I feel i should.

5Best multi vits out there I'd say. Well worth taking despite the horrid smell and taste.

Daily Dose
5Sceptical about efficacy of multi-vitamins, I tried these after a recommendation from a respected source. They are now part of my daily routine. The general increase in health and wellbeing will subtle and you may attribute to your training and diet, however, whenever I have stopped taking these I have noticed a difference within the week.

They do their job
5Nothing to say much only that they do their job taste is good if u leave them in your tongue they don’t leave a horribleness taste like most of them does
