Folic Acid content is too high
1Just received blood test results from my GP who explained that my folic acid levels were high. He asked if I was taking supplements, and I mentioned this product. He advised that 400ug per serving (200% RI) is too high for anyone eating a well balanced diet consisting of foods naturally occurring folic acid. (Which I assume the majority of My Protein's customer base are!) This amount per serving is potentially dangerous and can cause very harmful side effects if your folic acid levels are already optimal from foods. I would advise anyone considering taking this multivitamin to have their bloods checked first, as it seems other users have experienced similar issues. I will no longer be taking this multivitamin.

5I started taking these 2 weeks ago. They go down really easy.. they don't linger. Iva head some before that regurge or you can feel it stuck in your throat after... however these are potent and have a harsh smell. They go down really easy and that's that no after regrets. I feel much better with taking them just 2 weeks.Goes Well With:And drink. I take them daily before my shakes. The power of the shakes help knock off the taste. Really happy
