Alpha 'Men' We don't need the iron. Nor the magnesium.
5Just a quick note I thought I would make regarding the lack of Iron in this multivit. Men don't need to supplement their diet with iron, lots of foods are fortified with it as well as being abundant in red meat, adding more iron raises the risk of heart disease. Men are already at disadvantage with regards to heart disease due to this, women have developed a way of rationally and calmly getting rid of a large portion of their iron stores every month! With regards to magnesium, it is pretty abundant in an average diet and probably high in the diet of someone taking a multivit. If you are taking ZMA, which seems to be a staple supplement along with multivits, then you are definitely covered in regards to you intake, excess can lead to GI distress and heart problems (it being involved in cardiac rhythm). Hope this helps. Goes Well With:Lots of vitamins (D off the top of my head) are only fat soluble, so need to be taken with food. Since I fast every morning a small glass of full fat milk I think is sufficient for it.

Great source of vitamins
5I have been using these for quite a few months. I have noticed that while taking these I feel a bigger energy boost while working out and generally feel less sluggish. Looking at the contents they pack a lot of the necessary vitamins that are needed on the daily. However, I did notice that it lacked some of the most important such as magnesium and iron, which I noticed are present in the "A-Z Multivitamin Tablets" which I haven't had the chance to try yet. I should also point out that as most multivitamins go these don't smell great, but it's not as horrific as some of the other reviews have suggested, I suppose that's a subjective impression. Overall, I'm very pleased with this product and the impact it has had on my general well-being and I would go as far and say that it has played a role in improving my productivity. I would highly recommend this to anyone that hasn't already got a source of multivitamins in their daily routine.

5This is the one multivitamin that you actually feel the change. The high levels of B12 have really made a difference for me.

5As a fussy eater I have a really poor diet, I have started to change that but thought I would try these as I was also feeling tired, fatigued and unmotivated, causing me to skipped workouts. I have tried multivitamins from other companies and not really felt any different, so was a bit sceptical but after reading other reviews i thought, cant do much harm. I ordered these along with the Folic acid and iron tabs and can really feel the difference. I've far more energy in day to day life and whether this is just coincidence or just in my mind, but I think im sleeping better too -which is helping with the energy levels. Also feel i can hit my numbers on my Trainerroad workouts better. Big thumbs up from me and these will probably be a part of my daily routine for some time going forwards. Great product.Goes Well With:Iron tablets (for me anyway)

best supplements for incomplete vitamin needs
4It has good results. Smells and tastes really awkward. Recommended as a good daily use oral supplement.

Tingling/itchy skin
3The energy these gave me in the first couple of weeks was second to none, it covers most of your RDA easily as is well However I’ve had to stop taking as in week 3 I’ve developed mild itchy skin all over, and numbness in my left foot both of which was fore warned in the product description Nicotinic acid - can cause numbness vitamin b6 - can cause tingling if use for prolonged time I’ve had to chuck them in the bin Would not recommend at all, just stick to a basic 100% RDA cheap multivitamin from Tesco or Holland and barret

The best
5This far away the most versatile multivitamin I have had also including a lot of herbs and extras. I take 2 tabs per day and use only some fish oil in addition. Also the price is so customer friendly.
