Great vitamin
5Ordered these to start hitting some of my nutrient requirements alongside my diet, they’re quite big but can be broken in half. Energy has improved with this and the protein.

5Got for my wife who had low B12 and docs injections etc didn't last the 3months stated. Started taking these and levels went high first few weeks but leveled out and now much more energy and feels much better than ever

Great Energy Booster
5Best to take in the morning, as these vitamins give a nice little boost to get the day started. Tablet is easy to swallow, and not gigantic as other vitamins I've had. Will definitely be ordering more.
