5Dont know what other people in the reviews are on about to be honest this shaker mixes the best the lid never ever leaks no clumps what so ever have had no problems with it at all -- i would even go as far to say this is the best shaker i have ever had -- insane price for product ratio and holds more liquid then you will ever need go with this shaker!Goes Well With:Full fat milk at about 600-700ml + your favourite protein or smoothie mix

5Wanted a bigger shaker than the usual 700-800mls. This is a 1l however i expected it to be chunkier than it is - need to be a bit more precise when adding large scoops of protein but overall it's what i was looking forGoes Well With:.

4Love it. Perfect size and I love that it has the measurements down the side. The only thing I was a tad disappointed with was that it didn't come with a mini whisk inside. Luckily I have one from another purchase so no big deal. Postage is always quick and very well wrapped. Very happy with my product....and I got it for an excellent discount! 😀 Goes Well With:Throw a mini whisk in and it's perfect!
