Tastes bitter but can downed easily and not mixed (great for PCOS)
5I do mix this in with the rest of my supplements in my water daily. It is quite bitter and sometimes I just shot it. But otherwise it seems to be doing its job. I take it with other pcos supplements and have gotten a pill free period finally.Goes Well With:water or dry

mixes well and tastes nice
5Easily dissolves in water and has a pleasant citrussy taste. Aids recovery and helps keep me fresh, and a very reasonable price as it lasts ages.

Brilliant Quality/Tasting NAC powder
5I have tried many different brands of NAC powder over the years and this one is the best version in my opinion. The main reason for me using it is to cleanse both my Liver and Kidneys from painkillers and also naughty things Ahem .... You know what I mean as this is why everyone uses this stuff! Another benefit I also found out about NAC is if you have a headache and you take some Paracetamol for example, it makes the paracetamol more effective at getting rid of the pain you are feeling so effectively you can take less of it. I know it sounds surprising as it was originally used for Paracetamol overdose in Hospitals but it is a true fact if you look it up. I have a strong liking for sweet and sour sweets and this tastes strongly of those so I actually enjoy using the stuff.Goes Well With:Dextrose / Glucose Carbs PeptoPro Casein Shakes Whey Shakes

Tastes horrible, nauseous all day
1The taste and smell is horrible and the product made me nauseous all day. I have used 100% NAC products in capsule form before without having this issue, so this is not caused by the working ingredient. Tried it in a protein shake, water, tea, lemonade, but none masked the taste and smell. DO NOT recommend.

5I started taking NAC for a month now, but I can't really tell if it's working. I will allow a few more months till I can make up my mind about the results. Goes Well With:Creatine, EAA, BCAA, other supliments
