Completely ineffective
1I have spent the past couple of weeks with these trying to figure out what I'm missing. Following the guidance - 3 pills 30 mins before exercising - I get NO discernable pump at all. No muscle dilation, no extra tension, no swelling in any body part, nothing. There is no aftertaste, nothing wrong there. They just don't do anything at all. These were slightly cheaper than Pump No. 1 (and other than ingredients I have no I idea what the difference is between the two) so maybe I got what I deserved my scrimping on cost. Total waste of time.Goes Well With:The bin.

Decent pump product
4Ive been taking these now for around 2 years and i cant do without them now! If you pop 3 tabs with mypre you will get a very juicy pump and will defo look more vascular in the process. It doesnt necessarily increase focus or strength but the positive feedback of feeling more full and bigger does give a mental push. The only downside is once the pump goes, youre left feeling absolutely tiny so i feel like ive become addicted to chasing el pumpoGoes Well With:My pre preworkout

Great
54 pills and y get a great pump and a small boost. This product is great for me as it doesn't have caffeine, and my sleep isn't affected. Totally recomended

Not convinced - other AAKG
2I have taken these for about 10 workouts now with mixed results. I think other than L Arginine Alpha Ketogluterate (AAKG) these pills are pretty pointless. Therefore you may as well just buy the AAKG powder which is cheaper and not take the othere ingredients. I've also found myself to be more tired later in the day when I take these pills in the morning, in comparison to taking myproteins pre-workout which doesn't make me tired at all (I love it!) In summary, I would not recommend these pills but I would recommend AAKG powder for the pump and pre-workout for the energy.

The Best of The Best
5I have been using this product for more than two years now. For me, this is one of the most important supplements you can take to boost your performance along with creatine and caffein. I have tried similar products from other companies and nothing compares to the effectiveness of this one by MyProtein. I usually take in about 30 minutes before my workout with some caffein and by the time I get to the gym, I already have a pump. It helps with vascularity too if you are into that short of thing. Also, if you are a guy, this product will make your erections rock hard, no joke. When I first started taking this my girlfriend and I had a second honeymoon phase after almost 2 years of being together. Keep in mind: The effectiveness of this product decreases with time. This is not a scientific statement but a personal observation so it might be different for others. Personally I find that I need to take about 3-4 weeks off it every two months of daily use or else my body seems to adjust to it and the effectiveness drops. Goes Well With:dextrose and caffein.

No nonsense, effective product.
5Although I am not good at taking capsules, the coating on the product made them easy to take. I have been cutting for about 10 weeks now and have noticed my pump in the gym hasn't been as full. This product not only gave me a pump but a bigger pump than when I was bulking. Great price for a great product. Goes Well With:Pre workout
