4A very solid staple for anyone thinking about training hard, eating big and wanting to gain muscle. A valuable source of fats during contest prep for any bodybuilding show. It won't make you twice the size and ripped but every 1% counts when getting your nutrition in check. Try it, buy it and swear by it!

Good to have 1 tablet a day
5Good supplement. The tablets are big but they can be swallowed. Also the other layer of kept in the mouth taste sweet so that helps a lot. Some taste bitter and it can put you off from drinking it. The tub is pretty small though. The made it look big.Goes Well With:Water

Incredible for my arthritis
5These softgels have worked fantastically well and I feel like a spring chicken again! They also go down and digest well with an ice cold glass of water, amazing quality and value! Superb again from MP!!!Goes Well With:Salmon sliders with avocado and Sriracha sauce.
