5A great product with the perfect blend of all the essential fatty acids, sourcing from Fish oil, sunflower oil and flaxseed oil. Helps meet the daily nutritional requirements and also gives good results when trying to gain lean muscle and also training for overall body fat-loss. I can highly recommend this product as I have gained 2 kg lean muscle supplementing 2 softgels with proper clean diet.

4Taste isn’t great but how can you make it taste good, you can’t fish oils init. Easy to swallow get it in ya nice and easy. Goes Well With:Any liquid otherwise you have to swallow with just your spit and that’s horrid. Nice bit of juice and you don’t even notice the taste
