5Brought the omega 3-6-9 soft gels after a recommendation of a friend. I’ve always cod liver oil whilst training but found myself having to constantly up my dose to help with aching joints, however since switching to the omega 3-6-9 softgels I’ve not once thought I need to take more. I personally take these omega 3-6-9 soft gels along side the my protein alphman tablets and vitamin d3 tablets. Fine with or without consumption of food

Just what’s needed
5Bought these to try and help with my hormones and it’s settled nicely Quite big tablets but ok take. You can’t break them in half obviously Goes Well With:Na

Daily routine
4Added these to my daily routine, easy to consume, 1 a day on an evening after work. They are slightly bigger than expected but i don't have a problem in taking them. Bought these after reading about the positive effects of keeping track of mineral and vitamin intake.Goes Well With:Zinc and magnesium + multi vitamins

Staple in my daily vitamins
5I’ve always suffered with stiff joints and my bones click when i walk down the stairs, i’ve tried so many different omega tablets before but these are by far the best, i recently ran out of them and since, i’ve been noticing that i’m injuring myself a lot more in the gym in terms of joint pain and stiff knees, and alas the bone clicking walking down the stairs is back! As soon as i started taking these again, the issues have gone 🤣 can’t go without them

The best!
5I have found these easy to swallow and there is no after taste. They have stored very well in the original packaging also. I can feel the benefits, the difference between taking them and before taking them. Goes Well With:I have no issues, I take them at the same time as my other tablets and supplements.
