5I have been using these for over 3 years now,just for benefits for the heart,I’m survivor of severe cardiomyopathy and enlarged heart,heart just checked in hospital heart back to normal size and still working good Goes Well With:Flaxseed oil

A big improvement
5Nice to see MP releasing higher quality products, this is a higher quality omega 3 with good doses of EPA and DHA and is better than taking 10 plus pills a day of there other products to get good doses. Will be buying this one in future. 4 pills and you can get 3200mg of proper omega 3 daily They’re big but they’re easy to swallow, don’t be intimidated ;)Goes Well With:Water

5Perfect and convenient way to meet your omega 3 daily goals albeit with a foul fishy taste 😂but these types of omega 3 acids can only be gotten from fish which is hard if you’re like me and doesn’t eat seafood

Necessary evil
5I've been taking these for over a year and can definitely feel the benefit. The aftertaste if you burp is reminiscent of smoked mackerel which is why I'd recommend taking them with foodGoes Well With:A meal

Seems legit
4Goes down easy, doesn't have any aftertaste if taken with/after food. Can't really comment for how much of a difference it actually makes - there is zero noticeable difference in my life, so it's just one of those supplements that you hope is doing you good inside rather than making a change you can notice. My only real gripe is that they seem to be going up in price.
