5Honestly never thought it would make a difference, it really does gives me the boost of energy I need to get through my workouts especially on those days I really don’t feel like training.

Reliable, Effective, Go-To, Convenient
5These get me through even the toughest workouts, and really aided in PB for a charity 10k. They taste the best out of the others I’ve tried, and I buy them every month. Goes Well With:Just on their own! No after taste. Use 30 mins before a work out or just before a warm up, you don’t feel jittery or any after effects.

Nice little boost
3Gives a nice little boost, I only found it gave a bit of the tingly finger feeling. The taste of both flavours was quite sour. Texture was a bit gaggy. Probably won’t buy again.Goes Well With:NA

Convenient
5These are great little gels that pack a bit of an extra punch when you feel you need it. Very convenient as its a tube of gel. Not thick and gloopy, and not too bad to taste.
