Taste is so tart
3I only use for morning workouts and I do think it helps giving a extra kick to the workout.The taste is so tart and sour. It's really hard to get over. I would try again with another flavour.

4If you can get over the taste it’s worth the kick it gives you. I started with half a sachet. It’s very sweet.Goes Well With:Just take it quickly!

5Pre-work out gel is giving real help it boost your Engery and helps you lift more weight and do more exercises , I have experienced it when I eat it I do all my exercises and still energetic

5The gel pre are great they are a fast acting product and the rush you get from it lasts for awhile just wish there where more better options with the flavouring

Great pick me up, more bitter than before
4Love these gels, they're so handy for a mid morning boost. I feel like the tropical has become more bitter than it was before, hard to get down on this new batch but they're still very effective

5been using these a while and find they are great. The berry blast has an odd taste but its okay. The tropical taste much better. I keep these in my car and find it so handy for preoworkout without having to think. Does the jobGoes Well With:Whey protein
