5I thought I would give these pre work out gels a go before going training. They honestly helped me. I felt less fatigued and such a buzz that made my work out so much better.

5What a help it was! I used be all about the cans of monster to help or scooping pre workout but these are so easy to take and so effective!

Great Pre Workout hit
4Expected this to taste disgusting but it’s not bad. Saves all the mixing and great to keep in your gym bag for a quick fix. Goes Well With:Lots of water

Taste sour but it works
4It Taste like a sour liquid but packing is good . How ever it serves the purpose , high in caffeine and it triggers with in 10 minutes , really a good product ,easy to carry not water or bottle required for mixing

Taste Awful - salt taste
1The salt taste is so high! Not sure if i got a bad bunch but these all taste like sea water!! Yes it did give me a boost. Berry blast no.. super salty liquid..
