Pre-Work Out Gummies - Taste Great
5They taste great, give you the energy that is required without the drop afterwards that most pre-workout drinks do. I take them before all of my HiTT classes and they seem to keep me going all the WAY.Goes Well With:Not sure as I take them on there own.

3Very easy to chew and to consume, amazing taste. Just felt the effects were very quick and wore off pretty fast. Wouldn’t recommend for a run which is what I used them for but can see them being very effective in the gym lifting weightsGoes Well With:Followed consuming these with a coffee

5They’re very effective, I’ve only managed to have 2 so far before a workout but they have helped me progress in my workouts and I don’t feel a burn out straight after

4I workout in them morning and can’t stomach anything to eat but often feel fatigued during my workouts. These gummies are absolutely game changing! Easy to take, tasty and super effective. They give me the energy I need and a little extra!
