4The flap jack was really filling so I tended to half just half and the other half later or the next day. it tasted really nice too pretty much like a regular flapjack.

5These are great as a sweet treat. With 20g sugar I wouldn't recommend if you're looking for something healthy but these are nicer than the lean flapjacks and have double the protein.Goes Well With:A cup of tea
