Nice breakfast protein

Needs extra
3Bit disappointing tbh the protein content vs the calories is extremely low and it tastes very bland by itself. I would recommend mixing it with greek yogurt for extra protein and personally I also add a teaspoon of coco powder and a bit of honey for extra flavour which makes a nice breakfast. On its own however I wouldn’t recommend without needing added ingredients. :/Goes Well With:Honey, coco powder, yogurt.

5Very tasty, lovely for breakfast or even as a snack any time of the day. Delicious, healthy and a good way to get extra protein into your diet. Goes Well With:Granola is lovely with yoghurt and berries!
