Protein meal replacement
5Am on a restrictive diet pre surgury, have tried many different meal replacements, but this one is by far the best I have found. It provide all nutrients that I require, flavours are amazing and it’s easy to mix. Would recommend it to all.

Careful with portion sizes!
5I've been using these shakes for quite some time as an alternative to breakfast and sometimes lunch too. I do genuinely like all the flavours (even chocolate which seems to be hit or miss for a lot of folk). My main reason for writing this long overdue review though is to give you a heads up as a word of caution, be careful with your scoop sizes. If you want to stick to the 200 cal per serving target, DO NOT HAVE TWO SCOOPS (like the instructions direct)... 51g of the powder is roughly one full scoop and a small amount in the second. Overall though, I'm very happy with the product and will continue to use it for many more years to come.Goes Well With:Water or Almond milk

Great product, nice flavours but misleading contradictory instructions
3First off, the flavours are nice. I've tried salted caramel, vanilla and chocolate. I like all of them but vanilla probably has the least artificial kind of taste, if you get what I mean. I've been replacing breakfast and lunch with these for the last 3-4 weeks or so, before a holiday. I find they keep me pretty full but results are hard to judge so far - I've lost a few lbs at most. I've been doing weights or a short HIIT training session each day as well. The thing that really lets this product down is the instructions. It says to take 2 scoops with water, which it claims is 51g (and the nutritional values, including the specified 200 cals, are based on 51g). The problem is each flat scoop is actually near enough 50g. So if you follow the '2 scoops' instructions, you're actually having practically double the calories (and 34g carbs, 28g sugars etc!). Not losing weight on this? That's probably why. I don't understand how they've manage to complicate this. Why not just say to have 1 scoop? Or give a smaller scoop. Keep it simple for people.Goes Well With:Water

5Been using this for a few years, love the taste and feel it is a really substantial meal for me. Only down side is that the banana does not come in 2.5kg size, why?Goes Well With:Skimmed milk

5The strawberry and banana are my favourite, they’re very tasty and keep me full all day, which helped me with losing weight Goes Well With:I added 0%greek yoghurt and skimmed milk instead of water and it still helped me lose weight

Meal replacement
5I have been using this meal replacement powder for about a year now to replace mainly my breakfast. Love it. Tastes great, mixes really well and I can use it with alternative milk due to my lactose intolerance.Goes Well With:Oat milk, almond milk & coconut milk

Great for diabetic carb intake control
5I use this as part of both calorie and carbohydrate control for my type 2 diabetes. It tastes good and satisfies hunger for several hours while allowing a metered carbohydrate intake.
