5I love the protein meal replacement blends, my favourite is banana with salted caramel coming in a close second. They taste delicious and are effective, I lost 3lbs in the first week of using them. I will definitely continue using them and look forward to trying more flavours. Goes Well With:Skinny flapjack bars

Vanilla is super nice tasting, the chocolate is not great
4We purchased the vanilla and the chocolate and the vanilla is definitely a winner. Do not enjoy the taste of the chocolate at all. Goes Well With:Cold water

Tasty and Mixes Well
5Got this to keep in my car for when I either forget to pick up my food out of the fridge before leaving for work, or for when my work day goes on longer than expected and I run out of food. I chose the Banana flavour and so far i really like it. It makes a nice thick shake just with water and it does taste of banana but with a slightly salty taste which I really don't mind at all. I don't like it when shakes tastes sickly sweet so this is a nice smooth option for a replacement snack. For such low calories it has a good mix of protein and carbs and I was surprised at how full I feel after having it. As a replacement for something like a protein bar or a mixed nuts snack its ideal and it keeps me away from the temptation of the vending machines. I'm not sure if I'd want to replace a main meal with it unless I was trying to get into a serious calorie deficit but for what I will use it for its ideal. I'll be buying it again.Goes Well With:Water and a MyProtein Pro Metal Shaker

VLCD - chocolate flavour
2For a change I thought I'd try the chocolate flavour humm, it's extremely sweet, doesn't really taste like chocolate and the after taste is not nice either. I always measure my servings so 250ml semi skimmed milk to 50g of the protein powder (always use milk as it keeps you fuller for longer). The salted caramel flavour is great and I totally recommend that one and I still have the strawberry flavour to try (fingers crossed it tastes really nice as like the strawberries and cream total protein powder). It would be good if this range was in sample size for when we're at the experiment flavour stages.Goes Well With:Milk

Great product!!
5Reduces sugar cravings pretty well and eating just for the sake of it. I am hungry all the time and would happily eat all day every day but this stuff gives me a 4 hour window when I can/will happily not eat!! I've ordered it a few times in a few flavours. Really effective weight loss/meal replacement productGoes Well With:I have mine with almond milk and it's really thick but it actually goes well with any other milk and even water!

Does the job, but so bland?
4I ordered the Vanilla and Salted Caramel of this to have for lunch in order to shift around half a stone. The Vanilla is beautiful, but the Salted Caramel has been such a bland dissapointment to the point i'm convinced I've had a dodgy batch? Both mix well, I use 450ml of cold water with 50g of mixture and it keeps me full enough for 2-3 hours before I want a snack. I've lost 3lbs in 2 weeks without changing much else and I've also noticed I get a lot less bloated in the afternoon. Goes Well With:450ml cold water

5So I have only just started having this and of all the meal replacement powders I've had in my life, this one is definitely the best. It tastes so good and instantly satisfied my hunger so it definitely does the job. One scoop is more than enough and it tastes great with both water and milk although I like to do a 2 to 3 ratio, so one scoop of the salted caramel flavour powder, then 200ml of milk (any kind I personally have semi-skimmed) to 300ml of water and it instantly tastes amazing. It mixes so well and is definitely a great supplement. Sorta wish that I brought the 2.5Kg bag instead of just the 500g one as it is amazing will definitely be getting the salted caramel one again highly recommended.Goes Well With:Water and/or Milk

Great taste and proven results
5This is a great product delivered in a timely fashion. The strawberry flavour tastes great and is easy to mix and I also find makes you feel full, I have been mixing this with 400ml of water which seems to provide the right consistency. Proven results are that I have lost 8.5lbs in two weeks by using this to substitute two main meals a day while on a calorie restricted diet. A highly recommended product that will provide results as long as you count your calories to ensure that you are in deficit, well done Myprotein! Goes Well With:Water

INCORRECT SCOOP information on the bag.
3I fully agree with some of the other reviews about the scoop size of this product. One thing is that the taste of the Salted Caramel flavour is to die for. The scoop size however, is incorrect if you think 2 scoops equals 51 g which should then equal 200 Kcal. The information on the bag states that there are 49 servings in the bag of 2.5 kg (2500 g) i.e. 2500/49 = 51 g each serving. The information also states Serving Size: 2 Scoops. On my accurate Sanitas nutritional scales, the content of 1 level scoop equals 40 g i.e. by following the Serving Size of 2 scoops, you are getting a 80 g serving which equals 313.6 Kcal not 200 Kcal. I realised this fact when making an accurate diet intake list in a spread sheet. So my calorie intake has been much higher that I thought - 57% higher - quite a difference when trying to maintain an accurate diet plan.Goes Well With:Water.
