Don't bother
2Don't buy flavoured versions. The Golden Syrup version has an unbearably fake flavour. It's overpoweringly saccharine sweet, it just tastes like sweetener. Disgusting. Goes Well With:Something sour like yogurt to counteract the disgusting fake flavour of thesr "pancakes".

Easy to mix, great taste
5I'm new to consuming more protein with my training. Came across MyProtein from a google search. I've yet to be disappointed. I read every review before purchasing the Pancake mix (Golden syrup). One review said ... as soon as you try it, you'd need to be concerned of your bank balance. I'd agree. Another review said...mixing with a shaker bottle. I'd agree, simplified it as part of standard protein mixing. I truly won't use any other mixing method. SIMPLE. I used 50g pancake mix to 125g water, a small frying pan (coconut oil spray), to achieve one "nice" pancake. Added blueberries on one half, and dark chocolate chips on the other. If you've made pancakes before, this is a sinch, same cooking process. Medium high temperature with oil before pouring, mixture will bubble, leave it to bubble until texture starts to become 'firm'. Then flip it over. Taste is as described...golden syrup. Yes it 'invokes' a marginal sweet taste...but it is Golden Syrup! Without bad sugar but you've the taste. Definitely on my favourite list!Goes Well With:Blueberries, chocolate chips On its own as well.

3I'm not keen on the taste and need a lot of other things to actually eat it, also texture is quite rubbery and when mixing not all mixes however I feel like it is very effective and that's the main thing! Goes Well With:Greek yogurt and strawberries

5These were amazing!! Had the golden syrup flavour, mixes reasonably well and so easy to do...tried making my own protein pancakes for a long time and had no luck, these were my answer!! Super tasty! Goes Well With:Banana and the myprotein raspberry syrup.
