My essential
5Preworkout is not for me and I can't drink coffee first thing before working out so thought I would give these tablets a go. What a gamechanger! I take them when I first wake up and by the time I get to the gym I can feel them working- at first I didn't think they were doing anything until I forgot to take one one morning. Boy was I tired 😂 so these are definitely a great option if you're not into pres like me but still need a lil something to get you going! Goes Well With:Morning people

5Definitely an easy wake up / alternative for preworkout for evening sessions , 200mg caffeine per tablet is a great boost and they’re easy to break in half just in case you’re conscious about your intake :))Goes Well With:Ripening my will to live

Just the tablet
5I have bought other caffeine tablets which were difficult to break in half as I like to build up on usage over a period of time and being able to only take half a tablet is very useful. Dosage effective and helped by break-ability of tablet.Goes Well With:Pre-workout option

4They’re good unless you’re using them as genuine tabs to wake up up, or see you through the day, if you use them for just a little bit more energy for gym or something these are wicked for me personally anywayGoes Well With:I take mine with lucozade

Amazing Energy Boost
5I’ve used ‘Pure Caffeine’ for a while now as it’s a great way to get a much needed boost for training after a hard day at work or for an early morning workout. The tablets are smooth and very easy to swallow with water, very easy to crush and mix with water or pop and they’re an excellent and cheaper substitute to a pre-workout. I purchased these during the 70% sale but will 100% buy them again as they’re so much better that drinking energy drinks and pre-workouts as they’re 0 calories. Goes Well With:Lots of Water
