Taste really nice but that's about it
1These did nothing for me I have just completed a month's worth but they have made no difference I'm still struggling to switch off and sleep but they taste great

4Got some of these added onto an order. They taste really nice and the texture is soft and chewy as to be expected. When it comes to their effectiveness I would have to really monitor usage more regularly. Packed with things to help you relax why not treat yourself to see if they help. The day to day grind isn't getting any easier and their are worse ways to try and reach relaxation goals.

Really works
5I only need one 10mins before going to bed and I'm out like a light. Taste if you like blackcurrant is great for me it's a struggle wished there was a choice of flavours. With that being said I believe these work!
