5I love casein for so many reasons, maintl because it makes yoghurts and puddings so much tastier and thicker but also because it really curbs hunger and keeps you satisfied for ages. Perfect for a little protein mousse or pudding before bed. Would definitely recommend :)Goes Well With:The usual suspects - yoghurt, milk, water (not a lot, you want it super thick :) ), oats...

Perfect for long periods of not eating
5Designed to limit muscle protein breakdown, casein protein is perfect for them long car journeys or any period of time where you’re not eating for a while. As it’s molecular structure forms into a little clump slowly allowing your body to digest it over 6-10 hours. I’ve noticed feeling more refreshed in the morning too with regards to post workout soreness. Would recommend Goes Well With:200-300ml water 30 mins before bed
