5I’ve been buying from Myprotein for a few years , previous to that bought all my stuff from different companies what charge for tubs packaging etc, Myprotein is by far the best taste, easy to mix , easy to order , always delivered on time no fancy packaging just 5* service, wouldn’t buy from anyone else and highly recommend Myprotein to anyone is serious about wanting top quality productsGoes Well With:I prefer semi skinned milk but tastes great with water might need some flavoured drops

Casein
5The best way to enjoy casein, mix the powder in with a small amount of cold water in a bowl. Then add some greek yogurt and further mix, the mixture should now resemble a custard consistency, then add a sliced banana and enjoy before bed.

Just tastes of artificial sweeteners
1This is absolutely horrible and I have a whole kilogram to get through. I bought the chocolate version because that's always the safe option but after 3 days on it I'm actually dreading breakfast because that's when I'm having. It leaves a foul taste in your mouth. The only flavour that actually gets through is artificial sweetener, not the chocolate at all. It's one saving grace and even then it might not save it is that, as it says, it is effective and it is long lasting. Am wondering if I can foist half of it on someone so they can suffer (and benefit) too.

3I find its better to stir this rather than shake so it doesn't foam on the top

Horrible texture and taste
1I’ve been having the natural chocolate protein for years now and decided to get the slow release to take before bed but I can’t physically drink it. The texture tastes like I’m drinking sound and the taste is disgusting. Would not recommend.

Too Frothy - Didnt mix well!
2Was very hard to swallow with 300ml milk added - became frothy and not mixed well after LONG shaking so had sandy texture - had to add lots of milk to be drinkable for meGoes Well With:A LOT of liquid

MP Slow Release Casein Elite
4I choose this product as it's informed sport approved and I like to know what's going in my body. After returning to the gym after the third lockdown I was really struggling with DOMS so purchased this along with some Essential BCAA to help aid my recovery. I used both products at the recommended times and servings and my DOMS was relieved and I was making rapid progress again within a few days. My only negative with this product is it is harder to mix than the regular whey protein, if mixed to much if goes very frothy, no enough and it has a gritty texture, however this wasn't a deal breaker for me as I've been very happy with the results and I will be ordering more soonGoes Well With:Essential BCAA
