Soy Isolate
5I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the Strawberry Cream Soy Isolate !!!!!!! I am vegan so I’m always looking for different sources of protein wherever I can. It really tastes like a dessert and I look forward to having it after my workout everyday. It’s a real treat! It mixes very well and super convenient if you are on the run. I am SUPER excited that I found MYPROTEIN because it is now my favourite online store🥰Goes Well With:Unsweetened almond milk, handful of mixed berries, chai seeds and a teaspoon of natural peanut butter, which you can also buy from MYPROTEIN😃

5I LOVE this Protein powder. I tried the chocolate one (because I’m a chocoholic) and it mixed so easily. I discovered that if not drunk immediately, the mixture actually turns into a really nice, creamy mousse. So now, rather than use as a drink on its own, I prep the mousse as a high protein breakfast after a run and top with a range of fruits- actually delicious. Also, I’ve used this powder to bake with and it’s really good! Doesn’t taste/ react weirdly in the recipes (I’ve found anyway).Goes Well With:Fruit for breakfast!

2The powder is horrible to mix and it soaks up a lot of a liquid. The chocolate taste is quite chemical. I really don't recommend that item.

Like drinking chocolate pudding...
5Because of the weird effect whey protein has on my stomach (not lactose intolerant, it just doesn't digest... solidly...) I made a switch to a Holland and Barrett plain Soy protein which was on offer, and I was very pleased with the results. No tummy troubles, no issues, and great results. So, when I saw this Soy Isolate, I was excited! Cheaper than the Whey Protein Isolate, but not so many flavours - maybe MyProtein plan more flavours? I got the delivery today (just 4 days after I ordered, amazing given the current lockdown restrictions) and I tried it out after giving the bags a wipe over with a disinfectant (no COVID-19 on me), and I am NOT MAD!! It's like drinking chocolate pudding! It tastes like it should be so bad for you... but it's not! It's super tasty. Not too chocolate, but not so weak that you're left unsatisfied. I mixed with 200ml soy milk because the back of the bag says 150-250ml, and while this seems to be okay at first, know that soy protein does absorb a TONNE of liquid - it is not the same as Whey!! I added a little more water (another 100-150ml) and this seemed to make it a little less thick and more drinkable. I'd be more than happy to eat this with a damned spoon and some strawberries or raspberries! I'm really happy with the chocolate flavour. For those of you in the UK, if you love chocolate Angel Delight, this is definitely for you!! Goes Well With:Milk (dairy or non-dairy), water, strawberries A high protein, low carb veggie or vegan diet

Great Product
5I love this product especially being vegan, great taste above all other vegan proteins I have tried! My only criticism is I wish they did a bigger bag!!Goes Well With:EVERYTHING!!!!

Good for the money
3play around with mix and consistency of liquid to get it right. But honestly. For the money, just stand over the sink and neck it. Too many wet flannels moaning about taste on here. For gods sake it’s a protein boost. Goes Well With:Oat or soy milk

A little gritty but generally ok
3Takes a bit of getting used to, a little grittier than other protein powders I have tried. Definitely works better with watered down milk, experimented with quantities and find about 200ml soy milk with 100ml water works well with 30g powder. Wouldn't recommend if you are looking for something that tastes amazing, but if like me you're accustomed to choking it down it isn't awful.

1Having issues with dairy decided to try this - big mistake! Choc smooth flavour- chemically, thick and very unpleasant! Doesn't mix well, doesn't taste nice, nothing positive to add - yuck!Goes Well With:the bin

Worst porduct from MyProtein
1Worst tasting product from MyProtein. I had kept this SOY Vegan protein (Matcha flavor) as a backup for a long time and since I was not using Gym (fitness studio) during the lockdown due to COVID19. Now I have started exercising again and consuming my regular dosage of Protein. After my regular Whey SOY Protein Isolate finished, I started using this Vegan Protein (Matcha Flavor) but this is pathetic in taste and gives me a nauseating feeling. Absolutely disgusting. Never had such an ill tasting protein ever!!! Extremely Pathetic!! Below are the details of the product: SOY Protein Isolate Batch code: W932143549 Best Before End 05/2021 Goes Well With:I would like to return the product back to MyProtein and would like to exchange it with Impact Whey Protein Isolate (Chocolate nut flavor). If there is a price difference, I can bear the difference cost. In case this option is not possible, Kindly refund the money back to me.
