Never had a bigger energy boost in my life
5Makes my gym performance increase massively. The taste is pretty mid, nowhere near as bad as everyone says and you can easily get used to it. Best Pre that Myprotein doGoes Well With:Water and a desire for GAINS

Banging
4Mixes easily, has a little spicy kick with each gulp but witching 20 mins you feel your body heating up! I use before work outs and before I play football does the job!

Bit of a spicy taste but does the job
5Although the taste is a bit spicy, it’s more than worth it to feel the benefit!! It’s the best pre workout I think I’ve ever tried!

Spicy!!!
1I won’t buy again! First time! First impression!( dirty packaging) plus the taste is spicy!!! Did you guys add chilli flavour to it?

Tastes awful but it works!
3Like others mentioned, it tastes hideous. Takes a bit of willigness to swallow the drink, but once it starts to work, it really gives you that extra push. Minus for me is the strange tingling throught the body, that I experienced when used first time (it’s beta- alanine that causes it).

Great pre workout
5Gave my skin tingles. Effect at the gym was awesome. I’ve noted a significant uptick in my usual calorie burn on my smart watch (probably down to increased temp and heart rate) and feel stronger and more energetic at gym. The pineapple mango is spicy but not bad tasting :) would recommend.

5Well here we have the best pre workout there is on the market it is absolutely fantastic when you need that extra push before a workout this is the one to use, a lovely taste ease of ordering and with Myprotein on the tub you’ll not get anything better.Goes Well With:Clear Whey Protein

Poor taste
1Taste is one of the worst pre workouts I’ve tried. Can’t even force myself to drink it just for the effect. Tired double the amount of water to dilute and still just as bad. On the plus side I did notice a difference in my workout, slight tingle and sweated more. So the effectiveness was good, but the taste of metal made me feel sick for a day or 2 after Goes Well With:The bin
