Actually Delicious
5Rainbow candy and sour gummy flavour are actually amazing. Never thought I would say that about any protein product from any company, usually they are average at best or just about palatable. Sachets work best for me as they last longer and I don’t take these often. Lots of caffeine in this to get you going, would not recommend taking this any later than midday because of this. Not really sure what all the other ingredients in here are doing for you unless you’re taking these every day as the benefits come from raised concentration over a long period rather than in the moment one-off ‘buzz’ (eg Beta Alanine). Lots of stuff in it that has little to no evidence of doing anything for you as well.Goes Well With:Ice

New to supplements but…
5So I have been going to the gym for a while. Trying to lose weight, trying to gain cardiovascular fitness and now, trying to gain muscle. A friend told me that they had tried some Pre from MyProtein and that I should try it. I got the sachet, followed the instructions carefully (because, as much as I want to get the best out of my experience, I also want to take care of myself) and mixed it up. 300-400ml of water and this sachet of pre-workout+. By the time I got to the gym, I was feeling a little bit buzzy and I thought to myself “ok, this is cool”. By the time I had finished my 2 hour session, it had been the best that I’d ever done. I ordered some big containers of Pre as soon as I could. This has changed my workout completely. And the trial price for the initial sachet, absolute bargain. Goes Well With:Filled Protein Cookie - Double Chocolate and Caramel. Bought these as well to have a little post-workout snack. Very satisfying.

Definitely worth a try
5I bought a few tester sachets to try, this one telasted amazing. The first time I sipped it gradually until I got to the gym then did my sets etc, this didn't really do anything for me... HOWEVER, the second time, I mixed, slammed it down in the carpark then went in, the pump I had was amazing and the focus was unreal. For me this is a winner, I think with pre workouts you just have to find what's best for you. I will definitely be looking into buying this product. Good job guys! 5I’m new to My Protein and fitness really! Been trying sample products and was really impressed with this. I got the rainbow candy flavour which was nice but had slight after tang taste. It’s was the effect it had that was surprising, great workout and was still full of beans when got work! Made the desk job a bit more difficult trying to stay still!

Best Pre Workout I have tried
5Has to be the best pre work out I have used for taste and effectiveness combined! Also using the sample means you can find your favourite flavour before buying a bigger pack or it’s a easy cheap way to carry your prework out in your gym bag!Goes Well With:Water

Isn’t the best
2This pre workout isn’t as good as you would think for the price it didn’t have much effect on me, I am a regular gym goer and found the that pre workout blend the cheaper on had a much bigger impact than this one, wouldn’t buy this stuff again would go for the cheaper one

5Bought this to try as I want a new pre. It mixed really well, tasted nice and I had a great gym session with this and there was no face itch which was an added bonus! Definitely recommend.Goes Well With:Water

Tasted absolutely disgusting but effective.
4It was definitely worth it to get the sample before the actual product. The two things that bothered me were the tingles which wouldn’t stop for hours and the disgusting flavour (orange mango). Overall it was good pre but just check it out before getting the whole tub of it.Goes Well With:Water
