4I bought this as an introduction to pre- workout. I have used pre-workouts before but the taste has been awful. This on the other hand was pleasantly flavoured. It mixed out well the only thing was I could taste a powder in my mouth after drinking. I will try this again and would recommend others try it.

Blue Raspberry Pre-Workout
4It didnt taste very good and was difficult to drink it all, however i hit many new prs and was able to push out alot more reps and it smelt pretty nice which helped take my mind off the taste.

4It was easy to mix with no hassle at all, In about 20 minutes after consuming the energy sparked and prepped me for my session. Would recommend.
