I received this and was keen to try it out. It mixes okay, a little powdery at the bottom of the shaker. Smells better than it tastes, a strange after taste, but okay if you just down it quick. Found it strong so might add more than the 300ml recommended. I found this preworkout good but made me itch. Started with my face and then my body.
