In general it’s a good option
4This preworkout has decent servings of supplements that are shown to work while still being cheap compared to other preworkouts. You also get around 100g more than an average preworkout although the serving size is on the larger size (14g). I feel the tingle and there is defiantly a rise in focus. The effects are not the best but for the cost and the amount you get it’s a good option. I bought the orange mango flavour which doesn’t taste awful but kind of like a washing up product (very artificial flavour).Goes Well With:I’ve cold water

3I don't know if its just the Fruit punch flavour but once not washing the cup for about a day it began to smell of what i can only describe as fish and cat urine. I've found filling it up with soap and water after use tends to fix this problem. On another note the flavour is Great and it mixes fantastically.Goes Well With:Fridge cold water and ice

Definitely gives you the buzz
5I train at 4:30am every morning, coffee doesn’t quite cut it when your about to go training when all you want to do is stay in bed, so I thought I’d give the pre workout a go. Oh my god, what a buzz it gave me, it made me focus, train harder and give me the motivation that’s needed at the time in the morning. Defiantly would recommend and the pre workout it is my morning ritual now. It also tastes great (grape is my favourite), Goes Well With:Cold water.

Stroooong Stuff!!!
5Want to have the arms of a gorilla, legs of a kangaroo, the racing heart of a cheetah and skin like you just walked through nettles. Then this is the stuff for you. Mixes really well, the fruit punch flavour is fantastic. Good value for money. Great ingredient. Amazing pump. Highly recommend. Goes Well With:Almost instantaneous exercise

Never ending workout
5I used to use the pre workout out+ although that is also a top product I changed to this one about half a year ago, I find the pre workout plus keeps me awake at night (I take it about 6pm) and makes me want to run around the gym like a right looney with a tingly face. With this pre workout I have tried the strawberry, lemon, blue raspberry and the grape. For me the strawberry and lemon was far to bitter but it still did the job. Where as the grape and blue raspberry was bang on, lovely taste mixed well and great effectiveness. I find my focus and eagerness to workout is through the roof with this product. I also find that I can go for ages before my muscles really start to fatigue which I will assume is the l citruline and arginine working its magic. This is a top product by my protein and I highly recommend the grape or blue raspberry flavour.Goes Well With:Water

A perfect pre workout
5I purchased this in the cola flavour. I absolutely love this pre-workout. It improves performance, and endurance. As i train early in the morning, it gives me the boost I need to get me through an effective workout. Its not too powerful and doesn't give me the face itch that other preworkouts have given me in the past, but is exactly what i am after in a preworkout. Will definitely be purchasing this again!Goes Well With:Water

5As an experienced gym goer and exercise enthusiast I’ve taken many varying pre workouts over the years in an attempt to find the holy grail of rocket fuel for my workouts. At my age energy levels aren’t what they used to be and early morning starts crave a “kick up the backside”. It’s safe to say that I’ve finally found it, first of all not only does this taste amazing and guaranteed to make any shake combo taste devine, it mixes so well that You’ll never find any lumps or bits stuck to the bottom. But more importantly it works! After taking this as part of my 5am morning ritual, where I wake up go downstairs drink this majestic mix, stop by the toilet and spend a bit of time browsing other myp products on my phone I can start to feel the pre workout kicking in. after 15 minutes no longer do I feel tired and I’m raring to go, ready to grab the devil by the horns and.... I’ll say no more. Whilst there’s plenty of ooomph. There’s little face tingling or itching as some brands can bring to the party and mask the true benefit and fool people into thinking it’s working. My 5.30am gym sessions are always focussed and intense, leading to me smashing targets and setting new PB’s, I can’t recommend this stuff enough.Goes Well With:Smashing goals and feeling awesome.

Great product
5Good price, mixes well and great taste. I train for strength/size, so lift heavy a lot. I take 30 mins before workout and this gives me focus, energy and the right nutritional benefit to get the best from my workouts.Goes Well With:Any otter MP product
