Awesome Pre-Workout
5This pre-workout is amazing!!! The energy it gives lets me push 3 times as hard and train more than twice the time. The fruit punch flavour is sickly sweet and didn’t mix very well but the cola...oh my god the cola!!!!! Fantastic flavour, mixes really well and isn’t grainy. Could easily drink it all day!

Bad reaction to product
1I had quite a bad reaction to this product - very itchy and patchy skin a few minutes after taking this. Contacted My Protein and instead of investigating the matter they simply replied saying they follow usual policies with regards to product safety. Avoid and buy a product like from a reputable brand if you don't want it to affect your health! Goes Well With:Nothing - just don't buy it

3No really noticeable increase in pumps with this. It's possible I have built up a tolerance to pre-workouts but a change brands regularly.

It's Good
3I purchased the Cola flavoured pre-workout, it tastes exactly like flat coke which is good I guess but I personally find it very hard to drink. It definitely gives you an immediate kick of energy which is good, but I am not sure whether this gives you an abundance of energy to power you through your whole workout.Goes Well With:I just add about 500ml of water and a scoop of Creatine Monohydrate.

Glad I’m back on it
5I stopped using preworkout for a couple of years (in hindsight I probably wasn’t using the right one!), so I decided to try it out again. I buy my protein from here, and I can’t really fault it, so I went ahead with the preworkout. To say I’m impressed is an understatement! I noticed a difference in my training immediately, and have even seen the benefits physically. I’d recommend this product to anyone thinking about using preworkout, or switching to a new brand.

Capsicum and Black Pepper Extract
3Like most other pre workouts the flavours are a bit over the top unless you like drinks this sweet. Pretty effective for a lift and def gets you going and in the mood for a good training session. Massive difference training with it compared to the days i have run out. My only complaint is the burning lip sensation and even the odd peppery taste when drinking the last dregs of the bottle. This has to be the capsicum and black pepper extract. I think it could be just as effective without this addition and then taste a lot better.Goes Well With:High intensity training
