Wired
4First time using pre work out. Wanted something that wasn’t ‘just’ caffeine and like the inclusion of creatine. Mixed well/ instantly. Not that keen on the taste but I literally down it and get off to the gym so not really an issue. Although the caffeine isn’t as high as some I’ve seen I’m still wired for hours. Overall I like it and will get again. Goes Well With:A nice protein shake

Bad flavour very effective
3After purchasing the grape flavour I can say that the taste is absolutely horrific, however it works very well, I find after choking this down me I get a well needed boost for around an hour and a half. Once you get past the smell and taste it’s okay but I will not be getting this product again. Preworkout + will be my go to after I use up the remaining. Goes Well With:Nose plug

Best one I’ve used
5Best preworkout I’ve ever used for a number of reasons -doesn’t makes me more truly awake and energised (rather than the quick burst of fake energy you have when you have other preworkouts) -makes me feel stronger and more powerful, and also a lot more motivated and mentally stronger, -doesn’t leave me feeling sick or feeling like I need to go to the loo mid workout. 10/10 will buy again

Dead Pre
2Usually quite happy with the pre-workouts I get from here but this one isn't worth buying, cup of coffee would be a more effective pre. Tastes rank and looks like dishwater when you mix it 😂

4Only bought it because it was only one available, it's not the greatest but does the job, I wouldn't get cola flavour again, bit pricey only buy with discount, I must have high tolerance as needed two scoops.Goes Well With:Water, creatine

Better than expected
5After accidentally ordered the cola flavour seeing the reviews I was not looking forward to tasting. At first it was hard to get down but I’ve found mixing with a lot less water and drinking with a straw it’s actually now quite nice. Drink on route to the gym and was extremely effective hit bigger weight and more reps. Highly recommend.Goes Well With:Small amount of water
