515th February I was 15.4st Saturday I weighed in at 12.7st, these work but only if you give them the work and high heart rates and get a real sweat on, brilliant for a good kick before you workout

Pretty good
5Perfect while on a calorie deficit I usually take one before I work out then eat something after and that helps people who have a hard time with metabolism I dropped 7 pounds of weight and gained 2 pound of muscle also my body fat % dropped

Not really effective
1These aren’t particularly great as a weight loss product, the don’t seem to be as strong as some other brands I have tried.

Insomnia
2This can boost you a lot BUT I tested having this 2 capsules in different day and ALL made me insomnia. Quite disappointed...

Works a treat
5I have been using these capsules for a few weeks, I thought I'd try them because I had come to a standstill with motivation and weight loss, I take them on an empty stomach about 30 minutes before a work out, I find I'm more alert and focused, I also sweat like a pig, they seem to suppress my appetite too, they take a lot swallow, they get stuck in my throat, with a large glass of water they do go down, I have had no side effects, I will be making these capsules a regular purchase.Goes Well With:A protein shake after excercise

5Bought these for a bit of a boast as recently used thermopure , these are much more effective and I am starting to see results combined with gym work and swimmingGoes Well With:Take with breakfast

Brilliant!
5I usually don’t tolerate pre-workouts with caffeine, green tea, pepper etc...but this one is awesome. It works fantastically and doesn’t give me stomach ache! Definitely I will buy it again

Better than expected
5I got these pills for getting back to football training and I honestly feel so much better and have got back at it straight away, have a lot more energy and the weight is dropping off.Goes Well With:The pre workout
