Don’t get Peanut Butter Cups
3Mixes well and I’m sure will be effective BUT, don’t get the peanut butter cups flavour is is rank!! As a massive fan of peanut butter I was excited about this not only being healthy but also a treat, dear lord was I wrong. It tastes like the smell of that time you’ve left the protein shake in the plastic shaker for a bit too long, rancid..... just a warning to the rest of you ✌️Goes Well With:The bin!

Cracking stuff
5Love the chocolate caramel, especially with full fat milk. I do find the salted caramel very sweet, still nice. Mixes up lovely using a ball shaker. I use two scoops to 10ozs of full fat milk, and I've noticed gains through size and strength. One I'll be sticking with and bulk buying when the good offers are on.

Tastes terrible
3Of course it’s protein so it does the job to add those extra dosages of your daily intake however it is I unbearably disgusting. The taste resembles nothing like a peanut butter cup. It mixes well and that is the only way the taste goes away. I even complained and the customer service ignored my complaint after asking for my product number. Very disappointed.

Perfect to grow and maintain lean muscle
5I have been using The Whey in its variety of flavours for a few years now as a means to get a higher level of protein into my diet without having to eat an enormous amount of extra food to source the protein. I have enjoyed every flavour I have tried and particularly like the low carb and sugar content which have complimented my calorie controlled diet but supported the development of muscle mass pre and post workout allowing me to keep myself in lean condition but grow muscle as well. The Whey shakes also make a great supplement when on the go at work etc if you dont have time to eat properly but need to keep your muscles well fed. Finally I would say alongside the my protein mixer bottle with the mixing ball inside I find the drink easy to mix and the texture is never lumpy. i make this with water and sometimes add two scoops instead of one for a thicker texture. Flavour wise I would recommend the peanut buttercup shake.

Fantastic
5This is my fourth order of the 1.8kg I love the taste, mixability and the fast that it is not sticky or gooey like other well known brands. ONLY down side is the packaging, it needs to change. It is very bulky! Goes Well With:I mix it with water and its great

Tasty shake
5This is the best shake I’ve tasted, mixes well and great flavour. I use it with filtered skimmed milk and it works really well in mixing smoothly and tasting great. Definitely my favourite.
