Helpful and effective for diet
5I have been regularly using this as a protein supplement during a three month long caloric deficit and have retained my muscle gains. This shake is low in fat, carbs and calories so it provides me with enough protein to maintain my deficit without shredding my muscle to pieces as well. The only thing I would improve would be to have a little more protein content per serving but this does the trick perfectly and ill keep using it. It actually tastes of chocolate too. Goes Well With:BCAA

Good, but not great
3It’s okay. Decent protein, but the milk chocolate/caramel are much better taste wise. Does mix well, especially with chocolate alpro milk, but the taste is far from peanut butterGoes Well With:Chocolate alpro milk

Good push I need
5Decided I wanted to try a pre workout and got recommend this. I wanted a pre workout that would give me the boost I need but without making me feel sick or shake badly as I have never tried a pre workout before or I don’t have tea / coffee so I’m not used to caffeine My thoughts - I really like the packaging but when I opened the product it wasn’t even half full which I think is a waste in the packaging and could easily of halved the size of the package. First time I took it I only done 1/2 of a scoop as I didn’t want to jump straight into 1 scoop just incase. I didn’t really like the taste it’s okay like drinking sherbet just not to my liking. I didn’t feel anything so it was a bit pointless. The second time taking it I done a whole scoop and after 30 minutes or so I felt it working I could run for a lot longer without feeling tired and sweated a bit more than usual. When doing my weight session I felt so much better I had loads of energy and had that “buzz”. I had a bit of a itch but nothing too bad. When leaving the gym I still felt the buzz but it wore off after a few hours and didn’t have a bad “crash” Overall I am happy with the product already the only thing I would change is the flavour as I’m just not a fan other than that if you are looking for a good pre workout without having bad shakes or feeling sick I would definitely try this! Goes Well With:Cold water

5Delivery was swift. I got the vanilla flavour and it tastes fantastic. On its own it’s almost like drinking marshmallow. It’s also tasted great when added to banana pancakes. Not too sure of the effectiveness yet, but I certainly feel like I’ve recovered better. Great product. Goes Well With:Banana pancakes or just plain water

Seriously Impressed!
5Very pleased with myprotein so far. Compared to my last protein powder, this is better value, tastes a lot better, is less likely to clump into bits (haven't had a single one) and has higher protein content. It is successfully helping me to gain muscle and weight, and all without a trace of the 'protein taste' in other brand's products which I thought I was just going to have to get used to. Will be back for more!Goes Well With:Milk

Strawberry Flavour
3Need more flavours. Compared to others on the market I feel mixability isnt the best. I use very little water with it and dont like to use milk. Cant comment on the effects of this as only been using it for a couple weeks.

5Really like this powder... leaves no funny after taste and mixes well... no problem with mixing but is better if you put powder in after the liquid. Anyway.... well impressed... would like to of seen a banana flavour tho but nevermind!!!! Goes Well With:Milk

4I really like the new upgrade on MP's whey protein range, there's still not many flavours but the decadent chocolate is a great addition to my little collection and great for when I need chocolate or just something sweet. It mixes well and great for just a snack when I want it.Goes Well With:water, almond milk, yoghurt
