5Have been using these alongside HIIT training and subtle changes to my diet for the last 4 months and despite work commitments interrupting my training I've see consistent weight loss throughout, at the start of September I weighed 119.9kg and on my weight day today I came at 97.3kg, a total loss of 22.6kg, really impressed and will contact to use.

5Can feel the warming of these when taken, I've tried a lot of different thermos over the years, the ingredients in these are effective and im maintaining wgt and seem to be defining.. half way through a bottle so will see, as most changes are noticed after a month..Goes Well With:Coconut water

1Been using these for several months now alongside CLA and have no noticeable changes in training or weight loss. They definitely don't work for me.

Never fails
5I always get refills every month because it never fails. It does what it’s meant to do. I take 3 in the morning before the gym and I can honestly say I feel the difference and have seen a huge difference since I started taking them
