Surprisingly good
5My goodness after only 2 days of taking the capsules pre-exercise I was impressed. My running and workout sessions have been boosted, providing me with so much energy; even after going hard. Day 10 taking the capsules and I have lost 2lbs, which I have been unable to shift for a while. My target is 5lbs, so I am almost there. The capsules combined with clean eating is producing results. I now have the capacity to increase my workout time which has been key. Stumbled on this product by chance and I am pleased. I always sweat during training, so I have noticed no major difference with this since starting the capsules. Although I can feel the increase in body heat, but it is not uncomfortable. Goes Well With:Water

Helped towards my goal

4I bought them for my friend to try Not a bad product easy to take no come down. Give them a go especially when they are on offer. Goes Well With:Water or juice drinks.

Does the job
5Its pretty good, and the required amount for consumption is less than before, but the overall % of ingredients stayed the same so you can consume less for the same effect. And that effect is great and also you drink somewhat natural ingredients plus you don't have to use any energy drinks

Suprisingly good
4I received thermopure as a free gift for spending so much on myprotein. I wasn't sure what I would think of them and I was surprised at how good they are. I take 3 before exercise as described and it definitely give me an extra boost. They do give me a light bit of acid reflux but that is bearable and only last a few minutes. This is a fantastic product and after trying them I think I will be purchasing them again in the future.

This product is amazing!!
5I have only been taking this for about two weeks and I only take it just before I'm about to exercise, but it has helped push me further than I thought I was capable of! I have managed to beat all my running P.B's- time and distance. It helped me complete my first 10k ever, then two days later I managed another! Really worth it IMO, yet to see if it has helped on the weight loss side, but I am not bothered about that if it is helping me to be a better athlete tbh! Definitely recommend. Goes Well With:Water

5I was abit skeptical about these, but they are great. Gives you that boast of energy you need and keeps you going all day. I felt as though I could go for another run in the afternoon as well as the morning. They dont taste of anything, small and easy to swallow.
