Great Protein
5Great protein, and with the mix of proteins in this blend, it means you are getting a grea variation. Thnk this is the highest protein content I have ever seen in a powder. It is sweet, but my previous go to was sweetened with stevia. Howver, the vanilla flavour does does really good.Goes Well With:Great mixed with a ice cold coffee!

5I ordered vanilla flavour, and it tastes amazing on its own with water or with any combination such as oats, yoghurt, etc.

Great Gains
5I’ve tried others and Total blend is great value for money, I’m in my forties and naturally and slim build so was looking for a protein blend that helps me gain muscle and weight but NOT love handles! Mixes great and the taste is good for me.

4I love this protein and is the only one I will buy now. I don't get that bloated feeling I sometimes get when using other protein types. I definitly noticed the difference in my body and training when I use this compared to when I dont. Tastes lovely as wellGoes Well With:Both water and milk

5Easy to mix and tastes good.Goes Well With:I prefer the protein mixed with water, but goes well with Semi-skimmed milk. I did mix a scoop in to my porridge, but think I added a bit too much.
