5I've bought Total Protein a lot these past couple of years. Mostly buy Vanilla and Chocolate flavours. I use the vanilla mostly to mix in with my porridge in the morning and the chocolate flavour as a shake. Mixes very well in the porridge and tastes great. I use a blender to mix if using for a shake and turns out well, no grittiness or lumps, just a lovely smooth shake. Flavours are great and often cheaper than impact whey, especially with discount codes. Keeps me full and helps to curb sweet cravings for things I shouldn't be having!Goes Well With:Porridge, spinach, almond milk, banana, peanut butter

Total Protein for life
4I have been using Total Protein for 2 years and it’s the perfect supplement to support the recovery and maintenance of my physique. Chocolate Smooth takes great with water or milk and the flavour never gets old. The powder mixes pretty well and works as a great addition to shakes with fruit, yoghurt and nut butters.
