Taste bad but effectiveness amazing
2It tastes quite bad but the effect of it is amazing! I am now way stronger and fitter next time I will get a different flavour but the same protein shake

best protein supplement option offered!
5My favourite go to when it comes to protein supplement . The product is excellent, a big protein hit in various forms which digest at different rates. This is my 5th time of strawberry cream as it tastes super nice and blend very well with everything! I wish there were more flavour options to choose from....cocunut flavour would make a dream comes true!!! great mixability for creamy yogurt bowls and running smoothies Last but not least, very good price for value (quality and size)Goes Well With:smoothies and to enrich protein bowls!

5Initial taste is very good but very strong after taste im not a fan of. However, this is only if you have it as a shake with water, if you mix it with cinnamon the after taste is hidden and it tastes greatGoes Well With:Can mix well to make pancakes and french toast those are my go to meals with this mix

5My first order with MyProtien had a few delivery issues but with proper communication it got sorted and I received my Total blend order, I ordered the unflavoured one, I mix it with a Vitamin C/Collagen orange flavoured powder and it mixes effortlessly, it has what i'd describe as a milk like consistency, its low in fat and sugar and in my experience doesn't bloat me like most other protein powders do, all in all this is by far my favourite protien powder, I will probably soon add the BCAA powder to it too

Good blend
5Not an overly strong chocolate taste but brilliant blend of proteins. Would be good to know the percentages though Goes Well With:Milk or overnight oats

Overall Good Value Protein Powder
4I purchased the chocolate smooth flavour for the first time in a 5kg bag for better value and it came with a scoop. The taste is fairly good, it is on the weaker side of chocolate flavour though. Mixes well with water, I used 200ml. Overall high protein intake and would definitely recommend. Goes Well With:200ml water

5Have been using it for years, great product, ordered mid/late December and it arrived just in time for the next COVID lockdown closure of gyms. Fantastic. Like I said, timing is everything.Goes Well With:BCAA / CREATINE TABLETS

5I order one bag of unflavoured and one strawberry then mix them together as I find the strawberry much too sweet on it's own. Top tip guys - half the sweetener used and it'll be much more to the palate. Thoroughly recommended.Goes Well With:glutamine, creatine, glucosamine, bcaa, multivitamin

Total Protein Blend
5Total protein blend is a really good low calorie, high protein option if your looking to maintain or loose weight. Also a great option for just hitting protein goals with 24g per serving. I got chocolate smooth flavour and it was nice and mixed well with both water and milk. It can be used before and after a workout or with it being a low calorie and carb option it's easy to have more than one serving a day to hit protein intake goals.

Tasteeeeee
5Having used this protein blend for years I am satisfied with the result. I feel that it is what I call an answer to my need, as some ‘other’ brands don’t have the mix that gives me what I am satisfied with. Goes Well With:I use the unflavoured mix in cooking, mostly in making fat free chocolate goodies & orange filled snack foods. Then I am happy to know that my decision to indulge in a mid meal snack is wholesome.
