Decent protein, mixes well (Vanilla)
5I bought this protein as it was on offer and wanted to compare it to the regular vanilla whey. Overall it's fairly similar. It mixes well and seems fairly similar in consistency. I can't really vouch for its taste as I mix it with cold brew coffee (1 scoop to about 3-500 ml of cold brew coffee that I make) and in that it tastes great, but it's hard to compare it with other vanilla's in this regard. So overall, good, would buy again.Goes Well With:Water, milk, milkshakes, cold brew coffee!

My go to protein (smooth chocolate flavour)
5This is a great protein for its price and over time has become my go to and have ordering and used it many times now over the standard whey. Plus the Hugh benefit of this for me being it also packs 25g of protein per scoop so it makes it much easier to get all my macros in each day and effectively saving me money in doing so as opposed to using up more standard whey and having to reorder sooner. I always go with the smooth chocolate as it tastes great and mixes really well.Goes Well With:water, milk, easy to throw into pancake mix or no bake flapjacks. Also taste delicious as a shake poured over granola each morning

An old favourite
5I keep coming back to Total Protein like an old friend. You just can't beat it for value when building lean muscle. When I get serious with the weights I often head to Phd Synergy or Sci-Mx Omni with all the extras they include, but these days I just stick with a good basic protein and ZMA, this one is perfect for the job and works just fine.Goes Well With:Milk if you need some extra calories. I often add in a couple of teaspoons of pure cocoa powder for a bit more flavour, too

Shocking test and blend
2I decided to go with a better quality and thinking because it’s better quality it’s better tasting to. This was not the case. Have taken it multiple times and now I’ve stopped. It’s blends horribly using a proper shaker. The taste is also disgusting would prefer the cheaper brand. Wouldn’t buy again!!

Lovely flavour
5Switched to this from impact diet whey, much nicer taste, mixes well, love vanilla flavour so only one I buyGoes Well With:Unsweetened almond milk for less calories, not a lover of it with water, but 1/2 water and 1/2 semi skimmed is really nice if run out of almond milk

Decent Price
4For the price, you definitely get a good amount of protein. considering its 24g per scoop which is most than others. Probably the best value for money protein powder, especially when on sale. However, mixable of the chocolate flavour is quite poor, leaves quite a thin powder in the liquid but its not too bad if you don't mind it. I would suggest maybe try the other flavours instead of chocolate as it may mix better. Overall the taste is quite fantastic, very sweet but add more water/milk and you're good to go. Only used it a few times so far so can't tell on its impact on recovery or 'gains' etc. But, protein is protein no matter which type you go for. The fact its low in carbs and fat is good if you're trying to cut down but then again its great even if you want to gain mass. I would maybe go with a trial/test bag or a smaller pouch to try then buy the 5kg bag. Best to test it out before you're stuck with something you may not like for a long time.Goes Well With:water/milk

Sweet and satisfying
5Tried this blend after I realised plain whey isolate seemed to leave me hungry very quickly and this did the trick! It takes me a good couple hours to get hungry again after one of these shakes. No GI side effects either, even for a celiac with a delicate stomach :) NB the vanilla flavour is *very sweet* even for someone with a huge sweet tooth, I figured out if I add a pinch of salt to my shake it goes from cloying to just right. I also like to add flavdrops, instant coffee powder, cinnamon, low cal fruit yogurt etc for a change in flavour. Tastes much better with milk than with water.Goes Well With:A pinch of salt ;)

Total protein
4Great post workout or shake to increase your daily amount of protein. I have this product 2 times per day and I love the taste (choc smooth) mixes very well. Top tip, mix 1 scoop with 200ml water/milk and add to coco pops as a post workout meal. Easy to digest and get carbs back on board. Goes Well With:Milk Water Coco pops
