Don't buy unflavoured
2The unflavoured version tastes awful. Powder is a lot fluffier than the whey isolate or hydrolysed whey. Doesn't mix very well either.

4A really versatile product. I use it mainly for my overnight yoghurt protein mix to make sure the protein is as digestible as possible. Really satiating too. Goes Well With:Fruit, oats

Total protein blend chocolate
5I’ve been having total blend for a few years now and wouldn’t get any other protein, tastes good and has helped with my gains in the passed I’ve dipped a little lately but that due to me not training as much. Goes Well With:I have with water as for me it’s too sweet with milk
