Before I started taking supplements I got refused giving blood because of low iron levels. I started taking this A-Z Multivitamin supplement and iron levels are exactly where they should be. Seems to actually do what it says on the tin.

Great product and noticed a big change in my day to day lifestyle when I first started taking the original A-Z Multivitamins. However they unnecessarily changed it from the original in which you were required to take only 1 a day but this is now 2 a day and also has much less calcium and magnesium!
